Lead the planning and management of preventive and corrective civil maintenance at Bosch Querétaro. Coordinate and supervise building maintenance work, remodeling projects, and cleaning and gardening services. Follow up on service requests, schedule daily activities, and document progress.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles, including layout development, rendering, and advanced AutoCAD work. Proficiency in AutoCAD, layout design, rendering tools, ISO 14000, OSHA, CAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.
