Monitor technical interventions performed on vehicles. Track area indicators and evaluate employee performance. Distribute services within the area. Ensure organization of the sector including tools, cleanliness, internal rules, and use of PPE.

Valid driver's license (CNH B), solid experience in automotive mechanics, experience in people and process management, and preferably a technical or higher education in the field.
