Assist in the collection of credit operations in cases of default, ensuring compliance with negotiation deadlines.

Higher education (ongoing or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. ANBIMA CPA certification. Knowledge of financial products and services. Experience in customer service, preferably in financial institutions, is a plus.
