Analista Pleno de Planejamento de Transportes - Mercado Envios

Responsible for the regional routing plan ensuring capacities by regions. Collaborate with shared transport, capacity planning, collection and delivery services, operational execution, distribution center, and routing areas to optimize costs, capacity, and performance. Identify continuous improvement opportunities by investigating bottlenecks and analyzing causes and effects, interpreting data to propose structural action plans.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analysis, or similar. Knowledge in planning, strategy, and logistics in transport companies, logistics operators, or distribution centers is required, along with experience in transport processes, warehouse management systems, SAP, Lean, and value stream mapping. Advanced Excel skills are necessary, including pivot tables and formulas.
