Core Responsibilities

The Director will act as a hands-on leader and aesthetic anchor, defining visual standards and pushing creative vision for large-scale digital products and integrated campaigns. This role involves mentoring a multidisciplinary team, building client trust, and ensuring design activities align with organizational strategy.

Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of design and interactive experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity, and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Mastery of Figma and strong knowledge across visual design, UX, interaction design, and brand development are essential.
