Provide technical support both in-person and remotely to users across different locations. Diagnose and resolve incidents related to hardware and approved software on desktops and laptops. Install, configure, and maintain equipment and peripherals, and assist in relocating and installing equipment during office layout changes.

Experience in technical support for hardware and software. Knowledge in maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Experience with creating and maintaining operating system images.
