Trading Support Analyst
AddeparCore Responsibilities
Identify, respond to, and resolve issues and questions raised by Addepar’s clients. Provide hands-on support to clients to ensure their ongoing happiness. Work in complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies. Collaborate with various parts of the organization to resolve client issues and help clients use Addepar effectively.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. 1+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role. Familiarity with trading workflows, portfolio management, or financial instruments. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in math.
