Lead the Outbound team to ensure operational success in shipping processes. Generate performance indicators and reports to monitor various activities. Identify improvement opportunities in processes and make strategic decisions to enhance user experience on the platform. Develop a highly efficient team with high safety standards and a great work environment.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Experience in similar roles is required. Background in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning is necessary. Availability to work the T2 shift in Guarulhos - SP.
