Act as the main communication point with clients during vehicle maintenance. Conduct active and recurring contact with clients primarily via WhatsApp, providing updates on status and timelines. Maintain internal systems with client information and participate in daily meetings to discuss critical cases.

High school diploma required. Valid driver's license (CNH B) is necessary. Good written communication skills and experience in customer service, even if remote. Basic knowledge of Excel and Office Suite is needed.
