Assist customers by providing information related to car rentals, negotiating rates and additional services as necessary. Verify customer profiles for rental approvals and ensure contracts meet customer needs and business profitability.
What We're Looking For
Valid driver's license (CNH category B) for at least 1 year. Completed high school education. Previous experience in customer service. Strong negotiation skills with customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
