Conduct complex technical meetings involving multiple stakeholders and technical challenges. Develop personalized service strategies tailored to different client profiles. Train the team in technical and strategic knowledge, promoting skill enhancement. Use CRM to manage clients autonomously and implement workflow improvements.

Solid experience in Sales, Commercial roles, or similar positions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to build interpersonal relationships and work in a hybrid model.
