This role leads the day-to-day activities of 6 to 10 global project managers, establishing and maintaining a program roadmap from concept to conclusion while ensuring project scope and schedule align with objectives. Key duties include managing portfolio financials, leading project-related reporting, ensuring efficient change control, and coordinating project closure to log lessons learned.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have 5+ years of experience in a multifaceted global payroll delivery environment, including required advanced knowledge of ADP GlobalView/Celergo, Workday HCM/Time, or mergers & acquisitions. Essential qualifications include advanced program or project management experience in the global payroll space and a strong leadership presence, with a Bachelor's degree being required.
