AI SRE Engineer

Design and deploy intelligent agent systems and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations that connect AI-powered experiences with enterprise DevOps tools. Build production-grade services in Python and Go, integrating enterprise data and APIs. Implement security controls and monitoring to ensure the reliability and observability of AI systems. Collaborate with product and research teams to deliver scalable solutions while documenting technical designs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 3–5 years of relevant software engineering experience. Strong programming skills in Python and Go. Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience with DevOps tools and cloud-native platforms.
What We Offer
Hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days per week on-site in San José, Costa Rica.
