Analyze and optimize the value proposition of loan products for Business Banking. Identify opportunities to improve lead allocation to channels and maximize conversion rates. Project sales by channel, validate strategies through backtesting, and collaborate with various departments to implement improvements.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Administration, Finance, or related fields. 4-5 years of experience in commercial intelligence or similar roles in banking. Proficiency in SQL/AWS, intermediate Python/R, advanced Excel, and advanced PowerPoint.
