Product Owner Pleno - Operações de Crédito Pessoal - Campinas/SP

Contribute to the vision of the Personal Credit product alongside the team. Support the development of product strategies in collaboration with the team. Communicate and engage stakeholders continuously. Maintain a prioritized backlog based on the roadmap and analyze product indicators to facilitate decision-making.

Experience in product management or ownership, particularly in financial services. Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data. Familiarity with lean, agile, and growth mindsets. Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
