Requirements
Candidates must have a completed Higher Education degree in Administration, Commercial Management, Financial Management, Marketing, or related fields, along with proven experience in managing relationships with PJ clients or partners, preferably in the banking sector. Essential requirements include experience managing external/indirect channels, telesales teams, proficiency with call center metrics, strong analytical capabilities regarding performance indicators, and experience with CRM systems.
