The Key Account Manager (KAM) Pyme will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the brokerage, focusing on delivering quality service and managing client requirements. Responsibilities include developing strong client relationships, managing policy renewals, providing technical and commercial insurance advice, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience in the insurance sector, specifically with general insurance lines such as fire, civil liability, and property. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is required, along with strong relationship-building and organizational skills.
