The role involves leading the quality strategy within an engineering squad, participating from solution conception through post-release follow-up, and mapping/improving the current engineering process. This person will also define and monitor quality metrics and act as the quality reference point within the team.
Requirements
Candidates must have solid QA experience within agile engineering teams, specifically strategic quality experience beyond simple test execution, and knowledge of Shift Left Testing practices. A key requirement is the ability to influence technical teams with maturity, demonstrate an ownership mindset, and genuinely focus on evolving culture and processes.
