Operationalize email, WhatsApp, and other channel campaigns. Configure, review, and schedule campaigns and journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Execute campaign tests, validating content, links, personalization, and segmentation. Monitor campaign metrics and support result analysis and reporting.
What We're Looking For
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Experience in CRM campaign operations. Knowledge of base segmentation and Data Extensions. Familiarity with email marketing metrics and CRM.
