Site Reliability Engineer Manager I

Lead and manage teams of database specialists, including talent development and mentoring. Define and implement database architecture strategies aligned with business objectives. Manage performance, availability, and disaster recovery of critical production environments. Collaborate with information security teams to implement controls and protect sensitive data.

Proven experience in leading database or data infrastructure teams (minimum 2 years). Deep knowledge in administration and management of relational databases (SQL Server and PostgreSQL). Experience with distributed data platforms and NoSQL (MongoDB and DynamoDB). Proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS and Azure).
