Early Talent Acquisition Jr Analyst

Support day-to-day execution of North America Early Talent recruiting, onboarding, internship, and conversion programs across the US and Canada. Manage candidate and stakeholder inquiries related to recruiting processes, offers, onboarding, program logistics, and other Early Talent activities. Analyze program data, candidate and stakeholder feedback, and operational trends to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate and intern experience.

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Strong communication skills with proficiency in English. Experience supporting recruiting, Talent Acquisition, talent programs, HR operations, event planning, or workforce programs preferred.
