Facilitate theoretical and practical modules of initial training and the School of Machinists, ensuring that each mobile equipment operator acquires the necessary competencies. Manage, record, and audit mandatory documentation required by the Superintendence of Labor Risks, ensuring process traceability. Actively participate in the technical evaluation process of participants and lead the agenda of initial training and annual revalidations.

Student or graduate in Safety and Hygiene, Logistics, or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical). Analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities in training processes. Proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel and presentations, with curiosity for incorporating Artificial Intelligence for task optimization. Previous experience operating mobile equipment in Distribution Centers or Industrial Plants.
