The intern will support recruitment and selection processes across various company areas, including posting offers, conducting telephone screenings, and coordinating interviews. Key tasks involve participating in competency-based interviews, analyzing psychological tests, checking references, and managing the internship program recruitment process.

Requirements

Candidates must be Psychology students, ideally in their final year, available for a minimum of 4 months, preferably full-time, with a genuine interest in Recruitment & Selection. Required attributes include high proactivity, organizational skills, strong communication, professional judgment, and an interest in the financial business.
