Vendor Management & Enablement - Supervising Associate - EY Global Delivery Services

Manage multiple vendor onboarding initiatives from initial business request through internal approvals, contracting, procurement, and operational readiness. Coordinate completion of questionnaires, assessments, intake forms, business justifications, and supporting documentation. Maintain a clear understanding of where each vendor sits within the onboarding lifecycle and proactively identify the next required action.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups and drive activities through to completion. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and task/tracking tools.
