Coordinate, develop, and support the team of specialists in the Northwest Division, driving the achievement of commercial objectives in leasing, factoring, floor plan, and foreign trade products. Design and implement the specialized financing commercial plan, identifying business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability. Monitor commercial indicators, placement results, and team performance, establishing action plans to ensure goal achievement and sustainable business growth.

Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative areas, Finance, Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Solid experience in the financial sector, preferably in Corporate Banking or Specialized Financing, with experience in commercial management and team leadership. Knowledge of specialized financing solutions such as leasing, factoring, floor plan, and foreign trade, as well as financial analysis, credit risk, and operation structuring.
