Senior Software Engineer - Evals for Agents

Design and scale innovative and secure systems that solve real-world problems. Maintain the agent evaluation platform and develop capabilities to understand agent health in production. Build offline experimentation tools and create a continuous improvement cycle for agents based on evaluation results.

Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and experience with distributed systems and asynchronous processing. Proficiency in Go and/or Python, with the ability to learn other languages. Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, as well as LLMs and their APIs.
