Machine Learning Engineer

Design reliable and objective evaluators for machine learning models, large language model pipelines, SQL jobs, and agent skills. Set up and maintain experimentation environments, ensuring isolation from production systems. Debug autonomous loops that fail during execution, distinguishing between process failures, evaluation errors, and environmental issues.

Experience in data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering with a focus on experimentation. Proficiency in developing and executing machine learning model training workflows, including evaluation metrics and hyperparameter tuning. Knowledge of prompt engineering and large language models, using tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Codex.
