Support leaders and employees in HR-related matters. Manage labor relations, disciplinary processes, and contract terminations. Monitor payroll updates, licenses, and absences. Assist in talent indicators and development plans.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Advanced English is essential. Experience in labor relations management and HR tools.
