Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute the regional payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, benefits, and deductions. Provide technical support to HR and operational areas while maintaining personnel records and improving payroll controls.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Administration, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in regional payroll, specifically in Central America and the Dominican Republic. Must have deep knowledge of regional labor and tax laws and proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
