Ingeniero(a) Senior de Mantenimiento - Escondida

Lead and enable the safe and efficient execution of maintenance, acting as direct support for supervisors and ensuring compliance with Work Management processes. Coordinate with operational areas, planning, reliability, procurement, and contracts to resolve operational deviations. Manage and control maintenance costs, budgets, and resources while monitoring performance indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field. At least 8 years of proven experience in maintenance of mining or industrial equipment. Minimum 5 years of experience leading maintenance teams or supervising execution. Knowledge in Work Management processes and operational risk management.
