RappiCore Responsibilities
The Operations Territory Analyst will be responsible for guaranteeing correct city operations between Rappi delivery personnel, partners, and users, while also analyzing metrics and monitoring operations live. Key duties include ensuring efficient operation by analyzing cancellation rates, delivery times, and other performance indicators, and managing the onboarding of new delivery personnel based on demand capacity.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or data analysis, along with intermediate proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Essential technical requirements include knowledge of SQL and Power BI, and the candidate must have schedule availability.
