Provide support and assistance to customers throughout the vehicle rental and reservation journey via national telephone service. Understand customer needs, guide them, clarify doubts, and assist in resolving demands while ensuring efficient and cordial service. Follow company procedures, deadlines, and standards to generate a positive experience for each customer.

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress. Experience in customer service. Full availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays (5x2 schedule). Proficiency in Office Suite and typing skills. Fluent in English or Spanish.
