What You'll Do
Lead the Talent Acquisition processes for PedidosYa Markets in Peru, ensuring the attraction of top talent and providing exceptional experiences for all participants. Facilitate Assessment Centers and conduct interviews to ensure objective evaluations aligned with the organization's culture. Manage processes through our tools and systems, ensuring quality and consistency of information while tracking area indicators.
What We're Looking For
At least 2 years of experience leading high-volume talent acquisition processes, preferably in dynamic industries like Retail or Quick commerce. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience using ATS systems, particularly Workday and SmartRecruiters. A dynamic, agile, and flexible profile with the ability to adapt to changing environments and a strong results orientation.
