Strategy & Consulting - Record to Report (R2R) Specialist - CFO&EV

Analyze and optimize end-to-end R2R processes, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings. Design and enhance account reconciliation and financial reporting processes aligned with GAAP/IFRS standards. Lead digital transformation initiatives using tools like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or BlackLine. Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to develop forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus. 4+ years of experience in R2R or similar finance/accounting roles. Familiarity with reconciliation tools like Oracle ARCS, BlackLine, or Cadency. Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools.
