Lead the definition and governance of corporate maintenance strategy, managing and continuously updating the Asset Criticality Matrix. Conduct Life Cycle Costing analyses to support strategic decisions on equipment retrofit, modernization, or replacement. Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance plans, focusing on mitigating actual failure modes. Apply Reliability Engineering in systematic failure analysis and implement action plans to ensure zero breakdowns.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Production Engineering or related fields. Solid experience as a Reliability or Maintenance Engineer, with practical application of RCM methodology. Proficiency in reliability methodologies and failure analysis (FMEA/FMECA, EWO, RFA, CFA). Knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS - e.g., SAP PM) and data analysis tools.
