The role involves surveying, mapping, and documenting current (AS-IS) processes using methodologies like BPM, and subsequently designing optimized future (TO-BE) processes to eliminate inefficiencies. Responsibilities also include leading continuous improvement initiatives, driving automation in collaboration with business and technology areas, and defining performance indicators.
Requirements
Candidates must possess solid experience in process mapping, proficiency with modeling tools, and knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, along with data analysis skills. A minimum of 5 years in similar roles (processes, continuous improvement, consulting, PMO) working on cross-functional projects is required.
