Experience in similar positions is required. Background in continuous improvement, logistics operations, supply chain, distribution, or demand planning is necessary. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage performance, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.
