- Lead the architectural project and oversee the architectural process for 3-7 projects simultaneously.
- Ensure high-quality design and compliance with regulations while coordinating with structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers, and clients.
- Deliver design development, construction documents, and construction administration, creating detailed drawings and specifications.
What We're Looking For
- Strong overall architectural skills with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects.
- Proficiency in Revit for architectural design and documentation.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
