Project Architect

Lead the architectural project and oversee the architectural process for 3-7 projects simultaneously. Ensure high-quality design and compliance with regulations while coordinating with structural engineers, MEP engineers, interior designers, and clients. Deliver design development, construction documents, and construction administration, creating detailed drawings and specifications.

Strong overall architectural skills with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use projects. Proficiency in Revit for architectural design and documentation. Fluency in English with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
