Maintain and ensure the adoption of knowledge within the team. Manage a knowledge line with a maximum of 5-8 members to support their development and performance. Actively participate in backlog execution and scaling events, contributing expertise and generating backlog items.

Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. Experience in knowledge line management, agile methodologies, and talent development. Strong skills in performance evaluation and backlog management.

You will receive 14.12 legal salaries and 4.28 guaranteed extralegal salaries annually. Based on performance, you can earn up to 47.37% of variable compensation on your annual salary. The position offers up to 20 days of paid vacation and indefinite term hiring.
