Lead the delivery of SAP Application Management Services (AMS) and manage service governance to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Oversee multidisciplinary SAP teams, driving collaboration and performance. Manage critical incidents and coordinate deployment activities to ensure seamless service transitions.
What We're Looking For
Advanced proficiency in SAP Service Delivery Management with a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP implementation or managed services. Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
