Talent Reporting Specialist - Supervising Associate - EY GDS

Provide operational support to Talent Reporting Team Leads and specialists, including coordination, prioritization, and quality oversight. Own or support a portfolio of recurring and ad hoc Talent reporting requests, establishing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Perform second-level quality reviews to validate logic, data integrity, and alignment with business questions before delivery.

Five or more years of experience in Talent or HR reporting, data analysis, or a related field. Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and strong proficiency with Word and PowerPoint.
