Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.

Bachelor's degree and solid experience in leadership positions within HR Operations or related areas. Fluent in English and Spanish for communication and meetings. Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, and employee management. Experience in team management and operational services in high-volume environments.
