Establish a structured routine for continuous monitoring of the performance of the INSS loan product, shifting from reactive analyses to proactive monitoring. Build and evolve the performance radar for the conversion funnel, including dashboards that enhance operational visibility. Investigate causes of conversion or approval drops, quantifying impacts and directing actions to responsible areas.

Experience in banking products, preferably loans, with an analytical focus in financial institutions. Solid experience in data analysis and performance KPI monitoring. Advanced SQL skills for autonomous data extraction and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and impact calculations.
