Contact clients via phone with a focus on service and sales. Manage client portfolios by profiling and prospecting to identify suitable financial products and services. Provide effective customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.

Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative areas. Minimum 1 year of recent experience in outbound and inbound contact center roles or as a personal banker in the financial sector. Knowledge of telephone sales, customer service, and financial products is desirable.
