SOFTWARE ENGINEERING MANAGER I

Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams (Backend, Mobile/Web), conducting 1-on-1s, development plans, performance evaluations, and talent retention. Translate and break down the company's strategic plans for the team, ensuring technical direction aligns with business objectives. Ensure the delivery of complete solutions, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, and other leaders.

Previous experience in leading/management of technology teams. Technical background in software development, capable of guiding architecture discussions for Mobile (Kotlin/Android/iOS), Web (React/Next.js), and Backend (NET, APIs, Microservices). Experience in scalable, integrated, and high-availability systems.
