AI Business Operations Expert - Mexico City (Hybrid)

Map complex operational workflows across Clara and prioritize them for AI augmentation. Lead the design and deployment of advanced AI-powered workflows using tools like N8N and Claude Code. Collaborate with leaders to implement automation that improves speed and accuracy, and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to track KPIs.

7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a related field, preferably in a LatAm fintech or high-growth B2B SaaS company. Proven track record in AI automation and experience with no-code/low-code platforms like N8N or Zapier. Strong analytical skills with the ability to query data in SQL and familiarity with LLM APIs.
