Support the gathering, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. Interact with business and technology areas to understand processes, identify needs, and align expectations. Translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Assist the Product Owner and the squad in refining and detailing demands, contributing to the clarity of the backlog.

Familiarity with gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Experience with documentation and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro. Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Strong communication skills for interaction with business and technology areas.
