Head of Compliance, LATAM

Serve as the senior compliance authority for the region, leading engagement with regulators and managing inspections and inquiries. Develop and coordinate a team of compliance professionals across multiple markets. Implement compliance policies and procedures tailored to local markets, and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

Extensive knowledge and experience in KYC/KYB, CDD/EDD, AML/FT, and Sanctions' regulations, particularly within the LATAM crypto markets. Proven experience in managing compliance teams and engaging with regulatory bodies. Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and ability to adapt policies for local markets.
