Training Facilitator

The facilitator will actively deliver and communicate product content regarding U.S.-based destinations to front-line travel professionals in Spanish across Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru. Key duties include assessing training needs, implementing approved content, supporting marketing activities like voice-overs and translations, and resolving time-sensitive issues.
Requirements
Candidates must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish, possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in training or adult education, and demonstrate a willingness to travel internationally across the LATAM region. Essential attributes include outstanding customer service skills, strong logistical coordination abilities, and high levels of autonomy and proactivity.
