Core Responsibilities

This role is responsible for ensuring the correct implementation of processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from attraction and selection to separation, while ensuring a positive experience at every stage. Additionally, the analyst must manage key function metrics to support the generation of strategies and action plans aimed at improving turnover, training, work climate, and engagement indicators.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates in Psychology, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, demonstrating proactivity, resilience, excellent communication skills, creativity, commitment, and responsibility. Intermediate English proficiency is also required.
